Shipping Overview
We are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and professionally. Due to the nature of our products, including high-value wellness, recovery, and medical-grade equipment, shipping methods, timelines, and requirements vary by product and manufacturer.

Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. In many cases, your payment method may be pre-authorized while we confirm product availability and shipping readiness with the manufacturer or fulfillment partner.
If an item is unavailable, backordered, discontinued, or cannot be shipped to your location, we reserve the right to cancel the authorization and notify you promptly.
When availability is confirmed, the charge will be finalized and the order will proceed to fulfillment.
Processing & Fulfillment
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Certain products, including large equipment, freight shipments, and made-to-order items, may require additional processing or scheduling time based on manufacturer requirements.
You will receive a separate notification once your order ships or is scheduled for freight delivery.
Shipping Destinations
United States Only
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states) only.
We do not ship to:

Alaska or Hawaii

U.S. territories

APO/FPO addresses

International destinations
Manufacturer restrictions may apply even if checkout allows an address to be entered.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods vary by product and may include:

Parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or equivalent)

LTL / Freight delivery

Specialized medical or oversized freight carriers
Signature confirmation may be required.
Estimated Delivery Times (Not Guaranteed)
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Parcel Shipping: typically 5–10 business days after shipment

Freight / LTL Shipping: typically 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on carrier scheduling, location, and availability
Delivery estimates may change due to manufacturing timelines, freight capacity, weather, or carrier delays.
Freight Delivery Requirements
Freight deliveries require customer cooperation.
You agree that:

Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive delivery

The delivery location must be accessible by freight truck

Standard freight delivery is curbside only, unless upgraded in advance
Inside delivery, stair carries, placement, assembly, or packaging removal are not included unless explicitly arranged prior to shipment.
Delivery Scheduling, Missed Appointments & Storage Fees
For freight shipments, carriers will attempt to contact you using the phone number and email provided at checkout to schedule delivery.
It is your responsibility to:

Respond promptly

Schedule delivery within the carrier’s availability window
If delivery is delayed due to missed appointments, refusal, lack of response, or inaccessible delivery locations, the shipment may incur:

Storage fees

Re-delivery fees

Reconsignment or return charges
All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
White Glove Delivery (Select Products Only)
White Glove Delivery may be available for select products and locations and may include:

In-home delivery to room of choice

Packaging removal

Limited placement assistance
White Glove services do not automatically include assembly and must be arranged in advance. Availability and pricing vary.

Address & Contact Information Requirements
Due to the size and value of our products, a valid phone number and email address are required at checkout. Orders may be delayed or canceled if contact information is incomplete or invalid.
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
In-Store Pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting (24-Hour Requirement)
You are responsible for inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
Freight Deliveries
Before signing the delivery receipt:

Inspect packaging and pallet

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt/BOL

Take photos before and after unpacking
All Shipments
Any damage, defect, missing items, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@therecoveryoutlet.com with:

Order number

Photos and/or video evidence

Description of the issue
Failure to report issues within 24 hours may void eligibility for claims, replacements, or refunds.
Risk of Loss & Shipping Insurance
To the fullest extent permitted by law, risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is tendered to the carrier.
All shipments include carrier-provided insurance where applicable. We will assist with valid claims submitted within required timeframes but cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by third-party carriers.
Delays & Chargeback Protection
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, weather, or logistical constraints are outside of our control.
By placing an order, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for shipping delays, scheduling delays, or manufacturer lead times when the order is in production or in transit within disclosed estimates.
