At The Recovery Outlet, we are committed to delivering premium recovery and wellness equipment with clear, transparent policies. Because we work with multiple manufacturers and sell high-value equipment, return eligibility, restocking fees, and conditions may vary by product and brand.

Shipping Availability
The Recovery Outlet ships within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally.
Orders shipped outside the continental United States, where applicable, may be non-returnable and non-refundabledepending on manufacturer restrictions.
30-Day Return Policy (Exclusions Apply)
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page or restricted by the manufacturer.
The 30-day return window begins on the date the product is delivered.
Not all products are eligible for return.
Because many items are shipped directly from manufacturers, manufacturer-specific return policies, restocking fees, and exclusions apply. If a manufacturer does not permit a return, we are unable to offer a refund for that product.

Damage, Defect & Delivery Issues
24-Hour Proof Requirement
All products must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing Sales@therecoveryoutlet.com and providing:

Photos of the packaging and boxes

A written description of the issue
Failure to report issues within 24 hours may void eligibility for carrier claims, manufacturer remedies, or replacements.
Return Conditions (If Eligible)
For products approved for return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

No signs of setup, use, or installation

All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

Proof of purchase is required
All returns require prior authorization (RMA).
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Restocking Fees & Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, typically 20%–25%

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable
Restocking fees cover shipping, inspection, testing, repackaging, and administrative costs.

Technician Inspection Policy
Due to the complexity and safety requirements of hyperbaric chambers and cryotherapy chambers, The Recovery Outlet reserves the right to deploy or coordinate a certified technician to inspect and verify reported defects or performance issues.
Please note:

Technician inspection may be required before approving any return, exchange, or refund

Many issues are resolved through service, calibration, or warranty support

A reported issue does not automatically qualify a product for return
Technician findings are used to determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty service or return eligibility.
Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before processing may be eligible for a refund (fees may apply)

Once an order enters processing or ships, it cannot be canceled

Final sale and custom products may be non-cancelable immediately
Refund Processing
If a return is approved:

Typically completed within 10–14 business days

Banks may require additional time to post funds
Shipping, restocking, inspection, and processing fees are non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with The Recovery Outlet, you agree to contact Sales@therecoveryoutlet.com to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback.
Chargebacks do not override published policies or manufacturer rules.
We maintain and may submit:

Chargebacks filed due to buyer’s remorse, failure to review return terms, or disagreement with disclosed policies may be formally disputed.
